We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Studio NK offers free worldwide express shipping and returns via trusted courier partners including DHL, UPS, and DPD.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery time.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding the holidays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer shipping times.

Studio NK is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or courier issues).

MANUFACTURING

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
TAXES & DUTIES

EU Orders: Taxes and duties are included in the product price. No additional charges will be collected at checkout.

Orders Outside the EU:

Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom – duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, Mexico – duties and taxes are not included. You may choose to pay them either at checkout or upon delivery.

United States & other non-EU countries – duties and taxes are not included and will be collected at checkout on behalf of local tax/customs authorities.

U.S. Customers: Orders over $800 USD require formal customs clearance. DHL or UPS may request your federal Tax ID or Social Security Number to complete the delivery process.
REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse a delivery, shipping costs and any incurred duties or taxes will not be refunded. We recommend carefully reviewing your order and shipping details before confirming your purchase.
