RETURNS

At Studio NK, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item(s) under the following conditions. 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and/or labels attached.

Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have approved the return.

Returns must be sent using the return label provided. Unauthorised return methods may result in delays or rejection. 

How to Return an Item 

A return label is included in your package. Please attach this label to your return

shipment.

Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label before sending the return.

Returns must be securely packaged using the original packaging where possible, and must include a filled-out return form inside.

You are responsible for ensuring the return is safely sealed to prevent damage in transit.

Please keep your return tracking number until we have confirmed receipt.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary

depending on your payment provider or bank. Additional Information

Customs duties or import fees will not be covered by StudioNK.
